Buying a flat or house question:
Hi, on the property information form there is question that asks if the central heating system is in good working order. our solicitor has altered our reply from "yes" to "not know", as our answer implies a guarantee and warrantee to the buyers, and therefore it is inappropriate for us to answer "yes. We have our boiler serviced once a year and when we turn the system on it radiators all get hot. Is our solicitor giving us good advice? I'm concerned that now it sounds like our working system does in fact not work Regards, David
