Immigration question:
I am in UK continuously since Nov 2008 on Tier 2 ICT Visa. My Visa expires on 29th Sept 2012. I want to know, if I leave UK now and return on a new Tier 2 ICT Visa within next 3-6months, will I still be eligible to apply for a PR?
