my ex husband as stopped paying a order witch states to pay me during our joint lives or i remarry or further nether of these as happen he as all asked me to put the house up for sell next week as my son is eighteen but still in higher education and hes hoping to go to a vocational collage in June next year is this still higher education because it states in the court order the completion of full time education
