Renting question:
We are couple who would like to open business in UK. We are dealing with state agent at the moment who is asking for 5k premium to be paid in full plus rent of 18k. We have asked him what the 5k will cover? His answer for legal cost and little bit of money for taking the lease. I just wonder if this is normal procedure. Also he wants us to confirm that in email.
