Immigration question:
can home office application be granted to my nephew who was born in Britain in 1996 but left here to stay with his grandmother who passed in 2011. i have been supporting and paying his school fees as my brother(his dad) was not coping financially and also became seriously ill and passed away this year. I will like my nephew to come and stay with me but do not know how to go about it. His dad had indefinate stay and i am also a british citizen.His mother abandon him and left him with my brother at the age of one and the family have not heard from her since.
