Immigration question:
Hi. I have an American boyfriend who was previously married in Germany and he has two children who he pays maintenance for. He has a job in Germany and I go and see him and he comes to the UK to see me. My question is.... Will he be allowed to work and stay in the UK as we both want to be together without getting married. He has a stamp in his passport that allows him to work indefinitely in Germany and just wondered as we are a part of Europe, does that allow him to come to the UK? Thankyou
