Immigration question:
I work as a Theatre Nurse and holds a Tier 2 General Visa. I wish to work for another hospital as a Theatre Nurse. I now hold a Certificate of Sponsorship. My question is about filling up the form. Tier 2 Version October 2013 Section L Question 9 and 10. Is your current or last grant of leave in the same category as that for which you are applying? Yes or No Are you still working for the same employer as you were at the time of your last grant of leave? Yes or No? Another question is does my husband need to show maintenance funds even if we are applying together for a new visa. I hope you can help. Thanks
