Immigration question:

Is it possible to send a primary request if Home Office withdraw or cancel a person's "Refugee Status" for an assult. He has lots of supporting documents that it was an misunderstanding. He has lots of avidance such as victim's letter, Probation officer's letter, Social Security Department's and some other officials letters who knows that it was a misunderstanding but home office withdraw his refugee status and issued him an "Automatic Depotation" letter aganist him. Could you please advise where he send a primary application (Letter) along with all the relevent documents for a "REVIEW" the Home Office decision. He has a case worker contact details at home Office who is dealing his matter. Can he send his primary request letter to the case worker to change or review the decision. Please advise.
