Immigration question:
My intial HSMP application was posted on March 23,2006 from Pakistan, date on the application form is March22,2006, Home Office did not consider that date, they consider that date on which they started process or taken fee i.e. May13,2006, Could you please help me what is the rule or uk law about date on document? Is the of date on the documents or when some one receive that documents, I don't have posted receipt.
