Employment question:

My employer put myself and some others on an FTC just under 2 yrs fromstart date. Changed us over without hardly any notice. I contested it but was told and given a lettr sayin Id be terminated if I ddnt sign. Is that acceptable abd also..the only reason they gave for swtching to FTCs was...anyone with under 2 years service. To my knowledge this is not a valid reason. Any advice appreciated. Please note contrat signed because of threat as already said. TIA
