Employment question:
I have been with my company over 2 years. Had a baby & have been on maternity for almost a year due to go back to work tomorrow. I put a flexible working request in & it has been point blank refused with no alternatives offered meaning I am left with no option to return to work full time which they are fully aware I am not able to do due to childcare issues. Would I have a claim for constructive dismissal? Would it affect my claim if I did return to work for a few days and then took all my annual leave as I really need some income coming in & cannot afford to be off any longer.
