Employment question:

I am bitter that I was unfairly dismissed twenty years ago, as a consequence of eating contaminated food from the works' canteen and having to take time off sick, plus in the face of the reliably informed rumour that 'they (the managers) were out to get me'. After keeping me waiting for a tribunal hearing for about two years, I was desperate for money and accepted the £2000 the employer offered on the morning of the hearing, but I didn't really want to. Now I have retired, my pension is a pittance and I'm still extremely annoyed. I have never accepted the rightness of the dismissal and would like to fight this all the way to the European Court of Justice, if necessary. So far, I've been unable to find a solicitor who's interested in taking my case. I'm on Pension Credit and would need Legal Aid. Is there any lawyer out there prepared to take my case?
