Family and relationships question:
my husband and i have been separated for 13 years. he is in the uk and i in the u.s. i have a european passport and may move to the uk for work. he receives a number of government benefits. we have no intention of living together but do not wish to divorce. will my being in the UK affect his benefits at all?
