Children question:
I have started a leave to remove application on November 2011. My ex husband applied for legal aid and I got a private solicitor until last month, when the fees got extremely high and I was not able to afford it anymore. So, I applied for legal aid as well. We had our first hearing in January and the final hearings were booked for the begining of august. The problem is: It seems that he disnt get legal aid yet (the same applies to me) and his solicitor is asking to postpone the hearings. I am des[perate because I have to leave my house in the end of august and I have no place to go and no possibility to rent and afford a house. Im not working and Im not entitled to housing benefit... So, in this case, is there any way we can speed up the "legal aid process", in order to get the help asap??? Thanks!!! Please help!
