Wills question:
Under a Deed of Variation I as a surviving spouse became a beneficiary of a Trust for a short period. At the end of that period the Trust Assets are transferred to the children.On whom does the liability fall if I do not survive the seven years after the transfer? Is it my Estate or is it the Trustees of the Trust?
