Suing question:

i applied for a visa in ghana to come to the uk to have access to my child. the case was delayed for six months and refused instead of normally 3weeks. After i appealed the Judge found out that the reasons given for my refusal were unfounded.the whole process took 2years before i came back to the UK. this lead to a 2 years Mortgage arrears and a huge damage to my son Pshycologically, emotional and physically. Also after I have been here I am due for an Indefinate leave to Remain, after submitting the application in Jan 2010 and filled out a form for the money to be deducted from my account. The application was returned in June after six Months reason they could not take the money from my accoun on the 25 Jan 2010. My bank has denied that. the Home Office after resubmitting the application are now saying I have no right to remain in the UK and work as I have overstayed my visa at the time of resubmitting my application. The bank have given me a letter to indicate the UKBA did not request for money as claimed. I want to know with all this Going on can I sue the UKBA for Damages or compensation.
