Family and relationships question:
My husband is filing for divorce after leaving the family home in August. We have been married 31 years. There is a 30k difference in our salaries (he earns 75k). Our son is still at University. Do I have a case for spousal maintenance. First to contribute to our son's expenses and second in view of my long career break to have children and live with while he worked abroad?
