Family and relationships question:
My mum was recently divorced. Her and her ex husband had a consent order drafted to deal with the repayment of a joint loan whereby he puts his half into my mums bank account prior to the repayment going out. This month he has not paid his half in. I have text him and he said he was paying it in that day and a week later the money still isnt there. I wanted to know what my mum should do now? Should she make a claim through the small claims court for the amount owing?
