Buying a flat or house question:
Built in coffee machine and designer light fitting were removed from a house i bought. My solicitors say they are included in the fixtures and fittings list. the seller says a revised list of fixtures and fittings list didnt include these items, but my solicitors say they are included in the fixtures list and dont have to be itemised. The seller wont give them back. Who is liable for costs in returning these, The solicitors should persue this or should it go to small claims court?
