Suing question:

A Solicitor conducted a conveyance for the adjoining property which we have a right of way across, the Solicitor and the buyer conspired with the estate agent to block the right of way and demand we hand over our original deeds. we have had 9 years of harassment with noise from 10 dogs and a goshawk, diy and doors banging like you would never believe. They are now claiming that their boundary is 3ft inside our garden and have tied a rope down the garden and into our conifer hedge, they have cut part of of the wire and dismantled wire fence. The ditch which is adjacent our property has been filled in whilst they have removed their boundary hedge replaced it with a wooden fence and then planted a hedge on the outside. could we sue for harassment.
