Planning law question:

In 2007 we reported noise coming from a piece of land at the back of our garden knowing no business or trading could go on. The council enforcements checked out our complaint and it was dismissed (Bexley 07/00465/ENF). Recently the council issued an Enforcement notice to a builders comany which brought this piece of land as they are using it to store and distribute building materials - this company has appealled to the Inspectorate and the Inspecorate has dismissed the councils enforcment notice saying that they has always been storage etc on this land. We would like to know what we can do as we did the right thing by informing the council and if they had done the through job with investigating our complaint the Inspectorate would not have allowed the appeal to be upheld. The Inspectorate case number is 3053078. We do not want to live with this and would like to know what we can do. Thank you
