Suing question:

We have a commercial lease with 12 months left to run before we can leave and are therefore liable for the remaining term of rent, rates, insurance -however we wanted to leave early because the shop has failed due to the recession leaving us unable to pay the rent-we have mentioned this to our landlord-who in his own words it is not his problem and will quite happly sue us for any payments missed and says our house will be at risk,we are trying to sub-let but dont see much chance.Q1.what are the chances of being made to sell our house as that is the only thing with some value in it(thought of this is really stressing wife out)Q2.are we likely to be sued seperately for every missed quartlely payment or can it be as a whole at the end of the term-any help would be grately appreciated-i know this does not mean anything but landlord is very wealthy and can afford a solicitor does not need money but it seems the more you have the more some people wanteyou want t -we have no moneydewith
