Criminal question:
I was charged with harassment without violence and criminal damage - i went to court today as was requested when I got to court they knew nothing of me - they said that CPS didn't know, in court all was adjourned as CPS didn't get my file till 10.20 this morning. The police has said that there is a likely match on one enevelope where there is supposedly 60 sent, no traces on my pcs, 6 pizzas were ordered from a phone,which I have never seen before and said this in questioning, the victim knew of my arrest 7 days prior and what they were searching, when i finally found saw the times, I coudln't have ordered them as i was teaching. 'The victim;' has said made several statments to the police saying a woman he was formely having an affair with was not of sound mind, and he hasn't had a further relationship out of his marriage, he has then changed his statement on the night I was charged to say I am now not of sound mind and he was having a relaltionship with me. With regards to the criminal damage on the statements the person has blonde hair, brown hair and red hair and the victim who has said he was having an affair with me has said he didn't know who I was and wouldn't recognise me again. The paint used for the graffiti was gold in the evening and by morning was silver. Is this going anywhere? Why did the CPS not see the file before this morning? Can he or the officier actually put I am not of sound mind on the report without me seeing a doctor??
