   Emma has a calm, warm and authoritative manner. I have had rather protracted dealings with my bank over the last 6 months in applying for a business loan. Emma began representing me only recently, with my patience and good humour severely tested by the process of setting up a new business mid-recession, she has been a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to deal with, being both very supportive, enthusiastic and understanding.
