   Comment

   I received a first class service during a traumatic experience. A malicious allegation had been made, & I had no previous experience of the criminal legal system, so needed more support than an average client with understanding the process before being interviewed, understanding what would happen before the prosecution service decided whether to charge me (I was not charged), also Alison was able to argue for me to be interviewed under caution rather than arrested - the police normally arrest.
