I have used Ian for our business conveyancing for 16 years and have always received fast, knowledgeable and sound advice. I have also found that Ian works with a considerable amount of practical common sense and even though he is a very likeable person he is quite happy to stand his ground when the going gets tough.

Following a recommendation from a friend I first used Ian 4 years ago for a domestic sale and purchase and had no hesitation in doing so again this year. Ian is extremely thorough and most importantly responds very quickly to queries and follows up on issues without prompting. Over the 4 transactions he has handled for me, I have been extremely pleased and would certainly recommend him and intend to use him should I move house again.

Due to underpinning problems we have been trying to sell our house since October 2007. In that time we have lost three buyers as more problems came up. We finally sold early in Feb. 2011. Although the failed sales incurred costs I believe that Ian tried to keep them to a minimum. Ian was only selling as we were buying in another part of the country.

From the start Tinklin and Springall were both professional, friendly and easy to work with. Their initial estimate of fees and costs proved to be correct and the initial overview of the procedure left me in no doubt as to time scales and payment schedules. Additionally I was given invaluable, timely and accurate advice re the existing Lease on the property and the costs and problems that I might incur relating both to its restrictions and extending the term of the Lease. An Excellent service.

Ian is a most efficient conveyancing solicitor whom I would not hesitate to recommend and indeed have done so. Not only has he and his associates dealt with a number of my own conveyancing needs but also that of my two daughters and son. He and his office have also advised and carried out various other requirements including I.R & Customs negotiations,valuations and probates, all to a high and satisfactory level.

Ian Springall has been working on various projects for us over the last 10 years.
We have been very satisfied with the very professional service we have recieved. We can speak to Mr Springall if we need to, not just a secretary that passes on messages, and if he is busy, we allways recieve a call back on the same day.
