Immigration question:

i was in a relationship with an overstayer from Jordan, he applied for assylum but was refused, and received removal directions, he was sent back to Jordan and we would like him to come here again under a engagement type vis, do you think this is poosible? will the removal direction order barr him from coming here again, any suggestions would be appreciated.

You can bring him under the fiancée visa, the removal directions will not prevent you from making that application.
