Employment question:

I work for a concete manufacturing company and my offical job title is PA/ Administrator to the operations manager. In Sept 2008 all staff except 5 people were made redundant, I was asked to stay on to help clear the site and deal with any queries and paperwork relating to the shutdown. We offically reopened the site in July 2011 and since then my job role has expanded way beyond my offical job title. I am now left in the office on my own for a great majority of the day and am expect to perform the role of manager with the workload to match and yet I have not been offered any additional money. I am the lowest paid member of staff on the site, even the factory workers are paid more than me and the only reason for that is they are all men and I am a women.
