Immigration question:
i am a student in uk. i ant to apply for tier 1 general immigration. i qualify for this. can i apply for tier 1 now as i am student falling in tier 4?

You can certainly switch from inside the UK into Tier 1 General Migrant category as long as you meet the Immigration Rules Requirements for the same before this category will be closed down in April 2011.
