hi i from turkey and my husband is uk citizen, i have been here for 4 months and he is now divorsing me . will i have to go back to turkey after the divorse, im on a spouse visa

You cannot get divorced if you have been married for less than a year. If you have been married for more than a year, then it is likely that you will have to return to Turkey as you would not have a subsisting relationship and it would not be in accordance with your spousal visa.
