i can here on a 3week visa from jamaica to london 1999 and i ave been living here sens.now im livin with my parter for 3 year shes got 2 kids and they see me has there dad..

Based on the limited information you have provided, it may be possible for you to regularise your stay in the United Kingdom but it depends on your Immigration status as well as that of your partner and her kids.
