Immigration question:

Dear Sir/Madam My name is Ana, I am a Romanian citizen and I came to London on the 25th of August 2010. I applied for a blue card on the 7th of December as a highly skilled migrant and this week I got an answer from the Home Office saying they can't consider my earnings in Romania in the last 2 years. I do want to mention that I was an English teacher for 2 years in Romania right after finishing my studies. I have provided all the information about my earnings and it's only fair to say that a debutant teacher can not make 5000 pounds a year at least not in Romania. I just want to know if I have any chances to win a possible appeal. Looking forward to hearing from you Kind regards Anamaria Chereji

Hi, I would be happy to look at the decision notice and if appropriate, prepare the appeal papers. Feel free to contact me on kavita@majorsinghsolicitors.co.uk

there are time limits in place to appeal so you may wish to act quickly.
