Medical claims question:
i have suffered with rhumatoid arthritis since 1993 at first it was difficult to treat so i was asked if i would like to try a different teatment with a consultant from hull using the drugs methotrexate and cyclosporin he would monitor me for a period this was about 1994 two years ago i was feeling very ill and was sent for a scan it was discovered i had lost one kidney and was down to 40% on the other one do i have a claim

It very much depends on what monitoring you should have had since 1994 , what monitoring you have had and whether the damage to your kidneys was avoidable
